What makes a Fighter a new Lineal Champion?

    What makes him "The Guy", obviously, being the Undisputed Champion, but there are other ways without unifying all titles. We all know that fighters such as Wladimir Klitschko , Floyd Mayweather, Sergio Martinez, Andre Ward, Chad Dawson, are "The Guys" at their weight classes, but what about the other weight classes? Basically what I'm asking is, "Would you consider Danny Garcia the Lineal Champion at 140 Now"

    technically he is, khan was more closer though because he cleaned out the division, but if u wanna go by triangle theories then yes garcia beats all them

    They become lineal when health come first.

    Beating the man who beat the man USUALLY, or unifying the belts.

    Now it's ****ing impossible to tell since even the RING belt means very little.
