Not sure about the premise of the question but supposing he is, it will be down to the divisions he fights in, technically sound(looks good boxing) and a record that essentially only has losses to the other two. He also gets sympathy for being cheated by Margarito. Also Puerto Rico.

I havnt been down to pr since last year but I remember being there for the Margarito fight and it looked like he was finally getting the love from the people that he deserved, since your location says your in pr how do you see it? do you think people in the island will ever give him the support tito had?
