Well he KOed Cintron who latter became the number one ranked fighter at 154 according to ring. He moved up to have a fight of the year against Paul Williams. Paul was top 10 pound for pound by that time. He KOed him brutally in the rematch after that beat the **** out of Pavlic. After that he beat a handful of solid fighters to keep his position. Who do you think should be rated higher???
