    *Absence of Brendan Ingle
*Getting beating up in sparring by teenagers
*He didn't somersault over the ropes
    *Disinterest in the game

Quite frankly you look at the pre-doco before the fight, he didn't give a **** about it.

Naz fans use that line to prop a result they can't comptute. "He wasn't at his best ... because if he was at his best he would have won."

    Barrera was his krytonite.

Barrera didn't just dominate him, he made him quit the sport entirely and retire to his refrigerator.

He wasn't prime because he was scared to death of his daddy Barrera. He looked Barrera in the eyes and almost **** himself..
Barrera hated Hamed's guts, and Hamed knew it.. It was evident when he shoved Hamed's face in the ring posts.. :rofl:rofl:rofl:rofl

Only Fans who weren't around then use the bull**** 'it was a schooling'. It was a competitive fight that Hamed lost to the superior Barrera.

I think he wasn't prime in the sense that Ali or even Tyson wasn't exactly prime at 27. Mentally but also physically to a degree. All of them relied on tremendous physical abilities that peak in early 20's. As they were nearing 30, you could see they're not exactly what they used o be anymore.

Because usually ones' "prime" includes their best.

And the one loss of his career is the worst moment of his career, not his best.

Hamed was KABOOM nitro, without the tools or temperament ta be in with a world-class fighter. He wasn't beaten, he was terminally humiliated, PB

Because he lost. That's the typical excuse for all fans that can't believe their fighter was handed his first defeat.

To all people who say hamed lost his love u should see barrera in his 2 fights leading up to hamed (namely the jesus salud fight) iv never seen a better barrera. Even steward said whilst commentating he was very concerned for hamed going into this fight while he watched barrera rise to a new level

And yet barrera was still a 3-1 underdog...

Anyone can look good against low tier opposition

    I was around.

Hamed was schooled: schooled in the fundamentals of boxing. Naz was given a thorough lesson in every correct and basic technique that he should have arsed himself to learn even though he possessed physical gifts like power and speed -- and he used those to coast without improving and dedicating himself to his craft.

Competitive? Yes, Hamed hung in there a bit but he was thoroughly outclassed. There was nothing about that fight that was close, no question who won.

And getting taken to school turned Nazzy into a dropout. He quit after lining up an easy farewell win rather than pursue a rematch or reestablishing his career.

Still prime, just lost passion for the fight game.

    Barrera was great though.

Hamed was never that good, once he stepped up he got schooled in his very first fight against elite boxer, same with hatton , unfortunately calslappy never stepped up and never fought elite fighter in his prime.
