I'm predicting a similarly tough fight. I wouldn't be surprised if he drops Floyd. I will, however, be surprised if Ghost wins. He really has to stop Floyd to win. The refs are going to be giving Floyd every benefit of the doubt.

Well I know age can play a factor but I think Guerreras style is just gonna give floyd some trouble. It will be easier for floyd down the stretch tho. Robert better hope the ref let him do we wants because he's gonna need it
I'm glad Floyd sr said to day he watched a lot of fights on Robbie, in picked his weaknesses

I don't think any of this upper tier guys will be "easy work" for Floyd at 36+ years of age. It's only going to get harder, not easier, as he continues to age.

Sure, he may win, but he's have to work harder than he used to. Been that way for a while. I haven't seen that same bounce in his step since he took the layoff after Hatton. Just IMO.

Still quality, a great, but he's declined. It's pretty obvious. If he continues to fight younger champions, I think he doesn't finish the 6 fights undefeated. Who's going to be the young guy to do it I wonder? :think

He's just not that good. He's tough, has heart, durable, but he's just not a good boxer.

  6. Guerrero has had a tough time with fighters that Mayweather would have beat an easier fashion. Guerrero had a time with Litzau and Broner took care of him in one round

And Soto Karass made Aydin look like dog **** so that gives you an idea what kind of level Guerrero is at.

I know people says age, age, age and more age, but I truly look at Floyd in a different category. Not being in wars, technically sound, his training camp sounds like its been the best in years and taking care of his body like Bernard Hopkins....Basically, I feel that his age might say 36, but the body does not.

I like the judges for this fight. Jerry Roth, Duane Ford and julie Lederman. I think we will get a fair score from all three. Also Robert Byrd the referee likes to let the fighters do their thing. He doesnt interupt much and isnt too harsh either. Mayweather and Guerrero are gonna get pretty rough in there.

That and the Berto fight is an indicator of how good Guerrero is at 147. Aydin is as crude as they come and Guerrero only beat him by 3-4 rounds. Karrass who loses to all the top guys, including guys like Maidana made Aydin look even worse than Guerrero did.

Styles, whatever, but Guerrero may only be slightly better than Karass at 147.

I think Guerrero will give Void a tough fight, win, lose or draw, and he is a featherweight! Why else do you think Void is fighting him?

Robert just isn't that good! Floyd still might have some problems with him because he could have some ring rust... Add the fact that Floyd was held captive as a political prisoner and was forced to drink tap water..

I watched Guererro vs Andre Berto. Let me tell you, Guererro is no match for Floyd, and nothing could help him. After 8 rounds, Berto figured out a very simple combination that kept hitting the ghost WHENEVER he chose to throw it. I don't remember exactly, whether it was an uppercut followed by a hook, it was a loooong time since I saw that fight, but the Ghost showed absolutely NO CAPABILITY to change up and stop getting hit with the same ****ing shot, every single time. He is a durable guy but Mayweather will make easy work of him.
