That is 100% impossible to do for several reasons.

When the wrap is signed off that means the wrap is complete that means there is gauze and tape in between the fingers which hold down the knuckle pad.

How are you going to get a brick or what ever your claiming he used slipped under the pad or in the pad when you would have to un wrap the tape in between the fingers in order to do that? Especially when you have the inspectors in there with you all the way until you walk in the ring....

you have to explain how this is even remotely possible it isnt so you may as well delete your post
