Mayorga won a vacant belt. He had no major wins at 154 when he got that gift title shot, similar to Margarito. DLH beat a guy who won a vacant belt. Floyd beat DLH and didn't even defend it.

All off a vacant belt won, not a single successful defenses. But somehow, HIS bel is legit I'm sure...

Ahhh so you can't refute that huh? So those men won their belts at their weight classes so therefore are legit. Pac won a vacant belt not at the weight against a fighter who never campaigned there and was suspended in all states with reasonable commissions.

So now Mayorga has no major wins at 154? Are you kidding? Mayorga had a few fights at 154 and great wins at 147. Are you even comparing early 2000 Mayorga with Margo?

Mayorga was an actual contender at 154 so to somehow place Margarito who got caught cheating, KTFO, and never even competed successfully at 154 in the same bag is ridiculous. Especially when the vacant title wasn't even contested at the weight of the vacant title! Those facts make you trying to support that BS as stupid as... well as stupid as you.

And DLH has at least beat previous champions before at 154. DLH was also the number 1 rated JMW when Floyd fought him.

While comparing that to Margarito, who's biggest 154 win was Garcia just previously and looked terrible. Margarito also never beat any champions, lost his biggest fight the time he tried to step up for a title. And he wasn't even in the top 10 JMW ratings.

Margarito has done nothing at 154, that's why I don't count it for Pac. If Pac would of beat Foreman instead, it would of meant A LOT more.

 

I can see what you are doing now. Not gonna work. The fact of the matter is, Mayorga won a belt that was vacant. So according to your rules, it's not a legit belt, being vacant AND the fact that Mayorga had done all squat at 154 (see the parrallels to Margarito yet? ). Also be beat piccarillo who hadn't done much at 154 either We all know Mayorga got the vacant title shot due to his King connection. We both know that (how is that for more parrallels to Arum/Pac/Margarito).

So DLH won a belt that doesn't qualify as legit, being it was vacant. So how it is legit when Floyd wins it? DLH didn't defend it successfully. Neither did Maoyrga. And neither did Floyd.

So, explain to me how Pac's belt at 154 isn't legit, but Floyd's is. I'm sure you'll try and take the cheap route about the catchweight. But too bad catchweights are STILL within the division limits. :deal

I never said vacant belts were not legit. I said they were not legit vs a guy who had done nothing at the weight before that. It'd be like Floyd deciding to fight Cotto at 160 for a vacant belt. That would be total ****.
