    I dont confidently pick any

Ketchell, Fitz, Robinson are the most obvious picks

Archie Moore is another with a chance.

Interestingly Hearns may well have a chance. It is claimed he broke his hand landing the big right that shook Marvin up and was unable to throw it effectively afterwards. Also the cut Hagler sustained could well have forced a STOPPAGE had the fight gone much longer

I don't see anyone putting Hagler down, but I can see Sugar Ray Robinson making his forehead a bloody mess and the doctors stopping it on cuts. That being said I would love to see LaMotta-Hagler go at it. That fight has the makings of a Hagler-Hearns slugfest!

Well the obvious answer is no one and that would be my answer.

If we are looking outside of the box somewhat i don't think anyone has a chance of stopping hagler with regards to knocking him out or the ref coming in and saving hagler.

The one way i could see hagler realistically being stopped is through cuts, it was a possibility in the hearns fight before he got to him, something like that could happen. So on that basis i would be looking for someone that can land a lot of leather, fast slashing punches, accurate etc. Someone like greb or robinson may fit the bill

Nobody! I can see him getting knocked down if absolutely nailed by a Robinson, Mclellan or Jackson but nobody keeps him down. Too good and too tough.

It would be a very rare occurance and personally I dont think anyone would drop Hagler.

But it is boxing, stranger things have happened.

    Nobody.
It would be extremely difficult for even Robinson, Fitz or Ketchel to drop him once and I definitely see him rising within the 10 count to fight on.
I don't think anybody at 160lbs in history could actually stop prime Hagler, he is a godlike juggernaut with a jaw of pure iron.

The two I pick are Robinson and Monzon, they have the best chance. Robinson may be fast enough to batter Hagler and get a late KO Monzon like wise may be able to do the same with his height and power, I feel Hagler is the equal of both men though but in a fight you can never tell.

Roy Jones would be my best bet, he has viscous power at that weight combined with his incredible speed and awkward style. But honestly I don't Jones could do it. Hearns has amazing power and couldn't even stop Hagler from coming forward. But anybody who ventured into the sport of boxing can definitely be knocked down or out, all you have to do is punch in the right spot at the right time and it doesn't even have to be too hard.

becuz Hagler would knock out whoever the other guy is, first. and God help the man that cuts his face. Hagler doesnt just fight at the same pace but will take it up a notch like Goku the super saiyan warrior. The man doesnt get frightened, he GIVES frightened

Check out the evidence on film whenever Hagler was pushed: the Scypion fight round 4 when Wilford closed the distance, hagler closed the show-5 seconds later. That's STEEL CHINNED Wilford Scypion. Caveman Lee who stung hagler early round 1, Hagler regrouped and then launched his own irresistible counter attack-end of fight. Hearns: when the Doctor inspected the cut, Hagler revved his attack. It was like supernatural fighting you never see anywhere else. The Hamsho rematch when Mustafa came in the second time like a billy goat, Hagler immediately put more snap on his punches and began buckling Mustafa's legs, seconds later he was down and then down again that same round

Well Hearns was not that far from the ref' stopping the bout, due to the cut.
