It's Swedish for "sufficient" or "adequate" (I think) with no real English equivalent.
I saw he was from Sweden and might've found some humor in that.

so i can be like my heroes i see on tv or on tape
so i have that little mental advantage and piece of mind over everyone.
cause i have a great feeling after i know i worked exteremely hard in the gym and i improved a little bit.
it helps make my day feel complete, and not useless and wasted.

like almost everybody else it is out of an addiction and the hard work is fun... not the results of the hard work but actually doing the hard work. the results of the hard work are nice and all but being able to do the hard work and actually doing the hard work is even better to me.

i dont get motivated to go to the gym,i get motivated to go boxing though,i hate the sheer machoism of the gym especially when you see guys standing admiring their arms in the mirror adn especially when i see guys pumping steroids into them when in fact they are just average joes and have nothing to gain from it.

i wake up in the morning go out and do 18 mins skipping with 1 minute bursts at full speed for 30 seconds every 3 minutes.
i come back in and do 100 press ups and 150 sit ups; 50 crunches 50 regular and 50 twists
i then do 3 sets of ten lateral pull ups.
then i simply stretch my back and torso for around 10 mins.
finish it off with a big creamy banana milshake and cereal.
go to boxing training in the evening for around 1.5 hours and thats me,its two hours of my day 5 days a week.

i aint no world class athlete and never will pretend to be,im a pretty good footballer and gaelic player but with the seasons coming to an end i love the extra push of boxing training.its not much but it does me perfectly fine and all that motivates me is to never let myself get beaten up or intimidated by any ****er;this is especially relevant as im going into the police force soon.

what the **** mate, sorry didnt mean to offend you so deeply, please accept my apologies lol

it aint a bad routine and i know of a few on here who do much more rigorous routines than that.if you get into a habit it really doesnt make much difference to your life, some people get up in the morning have a cup of tea and read the paper,i do 45 mins training.
