what motivates you to go to the gym?

    I do that aswell, after I smash their crystal jaw, and then I follow up by ****ing them till they love me.

    i prefer eatin testacles whole not squashed tho
    so b4 my feast i make them sit on a pointy pole to watch them squile
    tho mj keeps comin to use it
    he seems to enjoy it , i think hes gonna use it as his throne in neverland

    I was brought up going to the gym, as my mum and dad once owned a small boxing club (along with a pub on the back) around the corner from me.

    My friends can play a big part sometimes, although sometimes i like to train alone. It helps my focus

    And one day I hope to successfully hold a championship belt whilst still being undefeated.

    But the main man, Mr RJJ himself motivates me. I watched his public workout for the Woods fight back in 02, been following his training methods since, and Iv followed Jones since i was 6. I try to mirror image his methods in my own routines, and just by wathcing his workout routines on YouTube, listening to his music, watching his fights on DVD... this just gives me this urge to box

    Oh, and one extra thing.

    I just had a natural ability when it came to boxing. Although I'm currently playing semi-pro football right now, due to the fact I've played since i was 4-5, i still find the time to fit in at least 3 sessions of boxing workout per week

    Defo Roy Jones his speed , power and skills motivate many young fighter , also sugar ray robinson , but i wanna have jones unreal speed and reflexes and thats nearly imposible but im gona get close
