what mw legends you would pick to beat average hws?

    could the best mws outpoint or even to knock out some average or bums hws? real fight, not sparring.

    marvin hagler
    carlos monzón
    greb
    hopkins
    jones
    robinson
    hearns
    leonard


    against peter mcneley,marvis frazier,bruce seldon,leon spinks,rocky serosky,steve zousky, david jaco...

    160 pounds vs 200 pounds or more.

    Seldon would probably boss most great MWs with his jab, speed, skills imo. His chin was very weak but his skillset was very good

    honestly seldon had a glass chin, i think that hearns or monzón might well ko him

    He can't take HW power, taking MW punches is far easier

    yes but hearns and monzón even at mws had the reach,the speed and the hitting power to hurt seriously a hw with weak chin.

    but maybe sheldon would be too strong for them, it depends of who would connects the first great shot

    HEarns possibly, Monzon isn't nearly as explosive, McClellan and Jones likely have the power, guys like Hagler, Greb and Monzon would be a greater disadvantage stylistically

    hagler and greb yes, but monzón was larger and he used the jab pretty well, he had a very hard and long right hand

    Yes but you have to remember Seldons jab is actually very good, imo great, and his speed would even be quick against a MW, that and his chin not being as much of a factor is why I see him as the sort of HW who would do well against smaller MWs. Monzons right was good but I don't think it was as brutal as some of the other men mentioned

    Out of the champs MW greats should beat Chris Byrd, L Spinks, Bradock. And imo some beat Mike SPinks and I can imagine some doing what Braddock did to Baer
