actually during the post fight interview arreola said he hurt his hand in the 5th so its was techicnally 7 rounds with one hand. dont matter adamek won:good:thumbsup
Arreola was throwing some HARD punches and he also fought with less caution than he did against Vitali. Cris said after the fight that Adamek has a hard ****ing head.
i would stay away from all 4 of em...they all beat him hands down...I DONT THINK HE'LL FIGHT POVETKIN NEXT BUT HAYE OR THE KLITSCHKOS COULD VERY WELL BE SOON.. ALL OF EM BY KO OVER ADAMEK:good
I wonder, why Haye didn't want to pick the same path for money and glory like Adamek. Maybe Haye relays more on PPV from santana and concludes that US fighting with HBO is overrated, and actually delivers less income to his pockets. Perhaps those two different paths will cross someday and bring us spectacular show.
Povetkin fought Estrada and didn't do better than Adamek. I see a fair chance for Adamek there. And Haye's resume is a win over old Ruiz so why couldn't Adamek fight Haye? Am I missing something? The K2 bros... that's another story but I'd be willing to bet Adamek would do more than Arreola or Chambers.
I see it like this: Vitali is probably in his last year (rumored) and will be looking for a big ending show. I'm guessing that's either going to be Haye (unlikely, saving this one for little bro) or Valuev (more likely due to Valuev not having a better option). Wlad is just waiting for a chance to unify, and he will when that chance comes. Until then he's likely to stay active by fighting the best available....or willing...to face him. Povetkin is finding all kinds of excuses not to fight Wlad. Eventually Teddy will either push him into the ring or he's going to lose his spot in line. I think he would jump at the chance to fight Haye, because its less dangerous. Adamek could be a possibility because it would be competitive, but would not be a good warm up for Wlad...so who knows. Haye is absolutely trying to milk the belt for every dime before he is shoved into the ring to be beaten and raped by Wlad. He's going to fight anyone whose last name is not Klitschko, and that will get him on TV. Adamek has no chance against either Klitschko IMO (same for Haye). I think the size difference is ridiculous.
i will BET U A LIFETIME BAN BET THAT HAYE OR POVETKIN WOULD BEAT ADAMEK..I AM THAT SURE ABOUT IT:thumbsup U WANNA BET?
Thanks for the offer, but if Adamek wins I'd like to spare your membership. It's a good thing you didn't make such a bet before Arreola.
I think Arreola would be a live underdog in the rematch and the first fight was entertaining. A rematch isn't a bad idea at all, if Arreola performs a miracle and gets his weight under control then its another exciting fight. Hopkins gives Adamek a lot of publicity and a good payday. HBO would be on board and despite Adamek being a solid favorite this fight makes sense. I think its a bit of a longshot but its still an interesting idea, only a year ago this was a possible and hot fight where Adamek would have been the underdog. Cunningham is a fantastic idea for a fight. The first one was very good and at heavyweight its another good fight. I'm not sure HBO would be on board with this fight. Arreola and Hopkins are HBO favorites and Cunningham isn't.
