What next for Canelo and GGG?

Whats next for both fighters? No 3rd fight. Who will they face?

 

GGG: retirement
Canelo: whoever he wants
After 2 Golovkin fights he’s earned two cherries

 

GGG will probably fight the winner of Jacobs/Derevyanchenko.

Saunders should be in the conversation for Canelo.

 

If GGG is running for the big money fights, he will take the third Canelo fight as his cash out opportunity but i hope for his sake he retires.

I hope Billy Joe Saunders humiliates Canelo just like he schooled Lemieux

 

I’m hoping the WBC enforces
Alvarez’ mandatory title defense
against Jermall Charlo, but
I think we’ll probably get
Alvarez vs. Lemieux instead.

 

3G will move up to rule SMW and become an elite there. He is too big to be elite at MW.

 

Hopefully Saunders puts in a dominant performance against Andrade and we see him in with Alvarez in May.

 

There is absolutely no chance that Canelo will take the Saunders fight, none. It would be a schooling similar to the Mayweather fight or BJS/Lemeuix.

Canelo's next opponents will be:

1. Lemeuix - BJS leftovers
2. Jamie Munguia - Mexican angle


It will probably be a similar sort of run to when he fought 3 PPV's back to back vs Chavez/Khan/Smith

I expect him to completely avoid Saunders, Jacobs, Charlo

 

No Khan rematch? Seems the logical thing for Canelo.

 

Canelo will never fight Mayeather, Lara, Kirkland, Trout, GGG, GGG again. Oh wait.

 

and elite, multiweight titlist Cotto, I believe. Never fight him.

 

Vanes would be good rematch for canelo too.

 

and HoF MOseley. never fight him.
