Not possible since Berto is fighting for the vacant WBC belt next.

He deserves the rematch with Williams..... Considering he was gracious enought to immediatly give PW his. Besides if PW starches him again it completley erases the memory of the first fight, so it really would be good for the both of them.

It was called a rematch clause.

As far as a rematch III. what is the point?? I really done see anything being different. Carlos couldnt do anything eles. williams would do the same thing. Carlos may be able to postpone the knockout for a couple of rounds but it would happen.

Rubbermatch....lucking is more like a knockout. Maybe, Carlos was not thinking of fighting with the same formula. I think he deserves one more shot at him.

Why should Quintana get an immediate rematch? He showed nothing against a energetic Williams...and got starched in a round...he should at least fight someone like Cintron or Collazo before getting a rematch imo. He had no buzz b4 that fight, Williams did that's what garnered interest in the rematch...also, Quintana had no other big name options to fight that's why he fought Paul again. All the big names had fights already lined up.

For whatever reason, Carlos blew it in the first round but I still think he could have won the fight. Hopefully he'll work out his problems and I still want to see him against some of the good welterweights.
