What's happening next for Haye and Chisora?

    Any rumours?

What does everyone think should happen?

What match ups would you guys like to see?

I still think it is most unlikely that Haye will fight Vitali, I really don't think Vitali is the boxer he was, not to take anything from Chisora's performance, but having watched the fight a few times since I could clearly see a deterioration in him and I don't believe this was all down to Dereck.

I think the test will be against Charr; I don't know a great deal about Charr having only seen him fight a couple of times, but I think that anything other than a dominating performance from Vitali may be the final push for him to retire.

I think a prime Vitali beats Haye convincingly; I also think that a past-best Vitali will not want to risk a loss to Haye.

I'm not sure how genuine the implied 'bad blood' is between Haye and the Klitschko's, I have a suspicion most of it was for promotion, it is certainly quite different from their relationship with Chisora.

I just think that, having followed Vitali's career closely, he is an extremely intelligent and shrewd man and he will not risk his legacy for purely financial reasons; he doesn't need it.

So that leaves Wladimir for Haye.

I don't think a rematch would play out any differently.

Does Dereck deserve a chance at Wladimir? Does the bad blood mean this fight actually has a good chance of happening? Styles make fights, so does Chisora have a better chance than Haye?

With Dereck being tied to Boxnation does that mean he has a shot at the winner of the Price/Harrison bout?

    How does that go?!

David will sit back and wait for a Klitschko fight to happen, wouldnt be surprised if he doesn't fight again. Derek I think may try go for European title and build up and get more wins to his name and wait for Klitschkos to retire

Like said, Haye will do his inactivity and occasional big mouth act... and Chisora needs to beat up a few cans to get his name up there again.

    Thats a good point actually.

David Haye has made a lot of money, and he must have made a few more million from the Chisora fight, so he doesn't need to fight again.

Despite the losses Chisora is still a big name, and I think he has a lot to offer and room to improve, people need to remember the Haye fight was still only his 19th fight (by comparison Haye fought Giacobbe Fragomeni in his 19th, and Audley Harrison was figting some bum in America called Robert Wiggins).

I'm not saying he is anything really special, but he does come to fight, he is capable of fighting with regularity, and he has been in with some big names early on; in the absence of David and Vitali I can imagine Dereck giving anyone else problems.

Despite his 'problems' I still think the division is more interesting with him in it.

Seeing as both are licenced through a commission no longer recognized by the EBU I assume avenues for progression are limited.

Haye will fight a Klitschko next year. Hopefully Vitali. But might end up being Wlad. They know he's one of very few that can make a Klitschko fight interesting.

    :deal

I think a Klitschko fight is the only one that can generate enough money to interest Haye.

I just don't see Vitali fighting him, and to be honest I just don't see Haye being any more successful against Wladimir; I think Wladimir well and truly has his number.

Ironically I think the whole Vitali/Wladimir/Dereck fiasco actually makes a rematch between Haye and Wladimir more likely.

Normally nobody would be interested in a rematch of such a one-sided fight, but there is definitely an angle to sell that one IMO.:D

Haye will probably retire if either the Wlad/Vitali fight dosn't come off, **** knows with Chisora, he's better taking 12 months off and learning how to punch properly, he might get somewhere in his career then?

Haye is literally sitting around waiting for Vitali. Vitali will take the fight after Charr in my opinion, he wants to Knockout over Haye which his brother was too cautious to chase.

Haye will be happy sitting on various beaches around the world, sipping rum, waiting for the boxing world to call him back and line his pockets with millions.

Chisora needs a win. Has anybody bounced from defeat from a British title fight, into a defeat in a European title fight, into defeat in a World title fight, into defeat in a multi-million pound fight? (Disregarding the standard six round points win he picked up after the Fury fight).

Playing the villain obviously pays. The whole heavyweight division knows who he is thanks to his actions that weekend in Munich. He'll get a payday sooner rather than later. I'd like to see Chisora in either a rematch with Fury or a match with Price.

Chisora is a great fighter. Beat Helenius, was not fit for Fury who is now rated, gave Vitali his hardest fight in many years, and was beaten by arguably the second best HW on the planet. He has plenty to give. I reckon he could fight for a title again in 2 years max.

  13. Hayes waiting till after the charr fight, not sure about Chisora
