Haney will stop Garcia in similar fashion to how Tank did, what will be next for the instagram boxer?
If anyone is getting stopped at 140, it's Haney, and you damned well know it troll. Haney may hurt him, but he'll never take the risks needed to follow up and make sure he goes down, and even if he manages to drop him, he'll make no attempt to go for the kill afterward against a guy with Garcia's power.
I saw the possibility years ago when I watched footage of these two in the Amateurs. Haney was repeatedly catching Ryan with the overhand rights. I think it’s likely Ryan Garcia will be one of the guys where most of his losses, if not all, are stoppages.
Haney doesn`t have Tank`s power or KO ratio, Garcia has far more power thanHaney despite being a pretty limited boxer overall.
I don't understand a lot of the negativity toward Garcia; clearly he doesn't shy away from challenges, and though he fell short against Tank that is nothing to be ashamed of. Against Haney I see him as a very live underdog; if old man Linares can wobble Haney then Garcia, who is very quick himself and more powerful at the weight, has good odds of landing and hurting Haney.
More of the same. He'll demand the lions share of the pot, cry he's being ducked because no one is giving it to him, and then he swallows his pride and gets realistic in negotiations before losing again.
Haney is hated and underrated for reasons unknown. I'm not sure about the knock out, but he will beat Garcia by UD wide, with something like 119 - 109.
Devin Haney's career is currently at year 9 and he hasn't stopped anyone in 5 years I believe. I seriously doubt he ever stops anyone again. Ryan could very well stop him, for all his flaws (and there's many) Ryan is actually faster with handspeed and got some decent "act right" in his gloves..............smart money is Devin by UD, but anyone get's stopped it'll also be Devin.
Lose to Teofimo & Shakur Or get gifted a decision against the winner of Pitbull vs Rolly setting up the Tank Davis Rematch & then Retire.
