They are both very good talents that can go on. For Groves, I think he should have an easy defence, before looking towards the European title. Possibly B Magee after an easy fight. DeGale shouldnt drop to fighting a nobody, he has too much talent for that. I think DeGale should get straight back in the mix and fight a British title eliminator sort of fight or fight someone like Mendy, then look to step up to not lose ground, maybe if Groves has relinquished The British title he can contest that or jump straight to the European title to beat Groves to it. I think Groves and DeGale could both beat B Magee and he would be a good target for either I think
Magee is fringe world class & both Groves & DeGale arent there. Hope Groves meets Paul Smith & shuts him up. For DeGale, hard to know but a gotta be certain he wins it. Maybe him Quigley, Anderson or Robin Reid (if still active).
That will do him more good than Magee outboxing him. Magee just performed fairly admiraly against Bute-way to dangerous for DeGale especially or Groves.
Hard to know where to go with DeGale. I don't think fighting the likes of Quigley would achieve much, Anderson I could see though.
Loved this fight man, I had it a draw. Before the result was announced I said to my mates that any result is sweet with me, it was close like that.
If I were Groves I'd sit on the titles for a couple of defences. DeGale needs to get rid of McDonnell and get a confidence builder.
