are you nuts matching him against 140 fighter....Marquez was being hit too much in the face by light punching, bum, loser, one dimensional Katsidis who was KO by Casamayor and beaten by diaz.Marquez was battered at the end of the fight....Fighting Maidana will be a suicide for Marquez..He even ducked Khan when Marquez was about to move up to 140 and Khan made himself available, he suddenly changed his mind and fought loser Katsidis at 135..Better for Marquez to stay at 135 and fight bum, loser and faded fighters at 135 to make him look good....

Morales will be next, that seems pretty certain. After that JMM can go in one of two directions. He can stay at 140, because thats where he probably faces Morales at, and try to face one of the young guys there. A win over someone like Bradley, Khan, Alexander, Maidana, etc would give him a huge push for a Pacquaio fight. The problem is I don't think JMM has the success at 140 with those guys. So his best option is to stay at 135 and face guys like Soto, Rios, Guerrero or a big name at 130 moving up like Linares.

The 135 route isn't quite as lucrative but I think he has the most success there. I think the 140 guys are too young and good while JMM too small for that weight. I think a fight with Pac is a longshot. Pac will probably face Mosley and Cotto this year and by the time 2011 comes around guys like Berto, Bradley, Alexander, and Khan will be seen as serious challenges while JMM will seem like an old fighter by that time. After a disappointing 2010 for Pac I think the demand will be high next year for him to face a young gun and not another older fighter and or fighter he's already beaten which leaves JMM out.

Marquez cherrypicks Pacman leftover Morales. I don't think Marquez can hold a candle against heavier and powerpunching Ortiz. He will be shred into pieces if he fights in 140.

2.fighting Diaz who has 5 loses on his last 6 fights(beaten and battered by Campbell, and toyed by Malignaggi).
3.next fight will be against faded and shot Morales at 135 instead of Soto. What will Marquez gain in fighting Morales(KO twice by Pacman) on his next fight to be worthy challenger against Pacman...

if Marquez is seriously wants to get a fight with Pacman he should move up in weight and should be in the mix fight with khan, devon, bradley, maidana, berto and even Mosley to be worthy challenger against Pacman...Those fighters are fighting each other to have a chance to fight Pacman while Marquez is feasting on bum, and faded fighters in lower weight to get a fight with Pacman...He even price himself out with unrealistic demand against Pacman.... This was the 2nd time he did this...The 1st rematch was Marquez price himself out by turning down 750K dollars fight with Pacman and choosing 30k dollars fight with Chris John in Indonesia...And now he has a unrealistic demand to price himself out of Pacman fight instead will fight Morales or any bums, loser and faded fighter at 135 for less than a million...Marquez wants more than what he received when he fought Floyd...Come on!!!!!His lost against Floyd was so dominant where he didn't win any round or never a threat for 12 complete round, even Floyd scored a knockdown,wants more against Pacman...Marquez didn't prove himself that he is worthy challenger at higher weight...He's a joke at higher weight...Even Malignaggi will KO him in first round.

I didn't really read everything you wrote but I will tell you PAC is a ***** and a let down to the Filipino people, maybe not you hardcore *******s that would defend anything that comes from that camp but most Filipinos I know think the fight is stupid and that manny has finnaly sell himself out to the white Arum. He is just a little puppet....


But yeah, on to JMM

He is in a position where he can take any fight he wants except the one he wants, but how can you fight someone that runs away from you PAC's camp wants nothing to do with JMM after the second and is running scared.


JMM will either clean out 135 or Move to 140 to make history himself against the young lions, or face Morales for some $$.

Time will tell.
