what do think jlc should do from here he could obviously retire or do you think that even at this stage in his career he can be succesful at 140?
he's fighting next weekend right here in my backyard of mexicali......my friend is also on that undercard.....
I wish he would retire but I know he won't because he's damn near broke. I'm sure we'll be hearing about an upcoming fight soon.
After his pathetic showing against Hatton, he needs to do something significant (look good against a top rated guy, or string together several KOs against marginal opposition) to establish himself as a player in the division. If not, he should retire.
Good for JLC.:good I hate to see a great warrior like him not live a good life after his boxing days are over.
JLC I hope he's been spending time reconciling his money and re-inventing his career. He looked totally washed up from the minute the bell rang, I honestly tought Hatton would take him out earlier, he was a zombie with weak legs....It felt bad looking at such a warrior look so done in against a guy he would have at least banged with for the entire 12 back in his prime.
thats what i was thinking,140 is at its weakest in years, witter, rees, mallignaggi, torres, lazcano, harris&co are all beatable even at this stage of his career id pick castillo over at least 3 of them.
I know you feel me pimp..... Some fools probably think I just down playing a great effort from Hatton when its not even that serious. I just feel JLC current condition had more to do with the conclusion of the fight then Hattons pressure and boxing ability. Some fans are blinded by their love for a fighter. You can't love these hoes.
