    no hes a feather who fights at lightweight so hes ''over''

    Well yer that and the fact that back in the day Super Middle didn't even exist.....

    your natural weight isn't the weight you started at, just as it's not necessarily the weight you finish at, IF you've moved through a handful of weight divisions.

    It's what you level out at and in most cases spend the best part of your career at.

    and again in the past fighters didn't have the chance to walk around 30lbs over weight they WERE walking around and fighting so flippen often at in & around 10lbs of their True weight division which was basically the same as their walking around weight. so you see what I was saying.

    Steve, John doesn't know if he's coming or going, boxing or looking for a full time job.
    John asked me to train him for the Murray fight that's all there's been no split because he wasn't full time in the gym
    And for your information when John left the first time it was purely the affordability factor of training in Glasgow whilst living in Greenock, hence the reason he went back uto a excellent coach in Danny lee
