    He is not shot but is not the force he once was. I would like to see him retire. If he fights again it's got to be at 140. He walks around at 142 and he can still get 135. I always thought Roach was not a good trainer and not the right guy for Pacquiao. After today I am sure of it. He makes a lot of bs statements and assessments and has no urgency when plan A is not working although it's too late to change trainers now.
