Nothing to suggest he should hang them up full stop. He does look to be forcing his aggression a bit more rather than it coming naturally and while he could certainly improve his game he isn't going to at this point. I guess the best thing for him to do would be to move down a level, try his luck with regional titles like the WBO Pacific and Asia title, and see where he can go from there. I just hope he remains televised in some capacity. He will also have to pick and choose his opponents a bit more. Not going in with hitters who aren't going to end it in one or two, but draw a beating out over 12. The Guerrero fight showed he doesn't want to be anywhere near fights of that style anymore, and I think the Burns fight kind of confirmed it. He could come back over the UK and beat on John Murray once Rios disposes of him and he works his way back up. Maybe a LW prizefighter tournament?
They are calling the guy that beat him hot, getting trough KAtS is hard, the other guy was getting over whelmed and had to run at times, hugging and getting help from the ref. If anything he could just be a gatekeeper, but I am sure he is done at trying to be world class champ.
Yeah, but I see Rios fighting Vazquez and Gesta in the future before he would fight Kats seeing as how Kats is basically at gatekeeper status now..
