I think Pirog was saying he wanted to come back to fight on HBO again, he might be waiting to get a fight like that.

If he would face Martinez, would HBO pick up it? Two non-US fighters, would America care?

he should face Sturm and in Germany, age is against him so needs to unify the titles before he ages, he'll get a good purse for going to Germany as well.

I know hes tied up in the super six but Id like to see AA come back down to MW for Martinez.

Id pay good, good money for that fight regardless of how unlikely

AA was a corpse at MW. I'd see Martinez winning if they ever fought...but it would have to be at SMW.

Abraham has struggled to make 160 in the past, badly on one occasion as well.

The other guys need to unify, not Sergio. Martinez is lineal and "the man" at 160. If he gets jobbed in germany then its a long way back for a 35 year old.

Pirog's "title" is phony anyway, it was stripped from Martinez after he beat Pavlik anyway, pointless fighting a hardly known paper champion.

all true, but I doubt they will call him out, I think Pirog might, Sturm will most certainly want it in Germany.

Where is the big payday for him?

Cotto or Margarito at 154 if he can still make it. Chavez will get him a decent payday too.

Mayweather? That aside, its an uninspiring bunch at 160 at the moment isn't it? I'd steer clear of Germany though if I was Martinez.

Andy Lee doesn't deserve a shot at the top dog.

There's plenty of talent, more than at 154 I'd say. There isn't any big names though. Many fail to see the difference.
