After Solis lost to Thompson, what next for him? Do you believe he can still make it to the title fight? Who would you like to see him fight next?

Somebody needs to motivate this guy or he needs a new trainer.
In the ring, he is lazy, he's sloppy and when watching the Thompson fight, I thought I was watching the fight in slow-motion.
He is a very skilled heavyweight, but in the ring, after a couple of rounds it looks like he's sick of it and he wants to go home.
The Thompson loss was deserved. If he fight Kevin Jonson next, I'll tape it and watch it when I can't sleep.

Ok, if there's anyone, let him fight Boytsov.

He has a lot of talen if he would just use it. He might be to used to short ammy fights and not like the transition to 10-12 rounds

Never at any point should Solis have been favored over more than probably 8 of the general consensus top 10 HW's ever since Solis had his debut. Sure as hell not now.

No, every person who wants a cure for insomnia within 100 KM off the fight will be in attendance.

The skills are there but the desire and physical conditioning are not. As a pro he's not achieved much at all and his ranking was inflated due to his amateur pedigree, like so many other amateur stars he's been a flop.

If he wishes to not be relegated to gate keeper status he'll need to rededicate himself to boxing again. The losses of Solis and Arreola is a clear message that boxing may not be body building but you have to be in good shape if you are to ever be a serious contender. Fighters like Ruiz Jr should take note.

If anyone backed him up because of his talent it was me, but after his showing vs Thompson he should retire...between food and boxing he choose food so he should retire...

Nothing is next for him really. The man has skills but lacks the discipline and desire. If you have no desire in this sport all the skills in the world won't carry you.

Put him in with David Price, Chris Arreola, Alexander Povetkin, Tomasz Adamek, Slava Glazkov, Ruslan Chagaev, Steve Cunningham, Lucas Browne, Erkan Teper, Christian Hammer, Johnathon Banks, Francesco Pianeta, Amir Mansour, or a rematch with Thompson.
