I agree, Yard put up a better fight than most and even won a few rounds, I think Yard’s stock went up after this fight.

Well I was impressed with System 9 last night but seems some refinement needed.

He fought very well in my opinion and I had the fight just about even both guys enduring serious damage. In some ways reminded me of Hagler vs Hearns but longer in rounds. Unfortunately for Yarde he just did not do enough to win those 3 beautiful belts though he should some of the tools needed against the beas5 Beterbiev . Defence and fluid boxing is key to beating Beterbiev rather than a give and take war.

I must say while not a fan of either man after last night I am proud of both Yarde and Beterbiev. Bivol and Buatsi are my guys but yesterday’s protagonists are to be congratulated on a great fight. EvenYarde’s Uncle Tunde is to be congratulated on pulling him out at the right time to save him for another day.

Tunde? Whos that a Lion King character? If i dont know who he is then he must be someone irrelevant in the sport of boxing and certainly not thread worthy.

Sincere question for you. Putting aside the fact we don’t like each other, do you actually like boxing and boxers? I think you may like boxing and yet dislike boxers. Don’t you understand Yarde’s stock went up last night in his defeat and so did that of Tunde and James Cook.

None of those guys have any impressive wins at 175 actually. They're just ranked high

Yes, but I think Yarde would been stopped earlier if he didn't have his waist guard pulled all the way up to his chin and didn't spit out his gum shield twice.

Yardes too muscle bound. He will always tire. He did well taking his beating though. Put up a heck of a fight.

I will give it to tunde that he's got Yarde feeling very positive. He truly believed in himself.

That self belief is why he had the nuts to try to swim with a shark until he drowned.

It’s a part of the game, Yard bent the rules and we got a great fight out of it, just like Corrales vs Castillo.
