I think there's a majority consensus it should be Parker or Kabayel. I prefer Parker but I'm a bit one bias.
Bit of a catch 22 for Usyk unless he plans on having a few more fights. Assuming he has one more and fights Parker, well the Kabayel fans are going to feel like he was ducked. If he uses that last fight to scrap Kabayel then Parker and his fans (me included) are gonna feel a way about that.
Thing is, I don't think either one brings enough interest to the general public to get them to tune in in big numbers. I reckon that's what Turki is after and he signs the cheques. So it'll be someone with a higher profile I'm guessing, particularly if Usyk decides it's his last fight.

If Usyk wins and will only have one more fight, I would want a Parker-Kabayel eliminator to decide his challenger.

My hope is that he faces both and then retires. In that case he will have done as good a job cleaning out the HW division as the CW one.

Parker and Kabayel are the two fighters most deserving of a world title shot. If Usyk beats Dubois again (I think the Ukrainian is the clear favorite, but anything can happen in boxing) I hope to see him against Kabayel, in my opinion that would be the most interesting fight at heavyweight.
