Let's say that Andre wins... Who's next for him? A move up in weight maybe? He has basically cleaned up his division (bar Bute, which means **** all). What about Chad? What if he wins? I'd love to see him face Froch. But what if one of them loses? Rematch, maybe?
If Ward wins, I'd like to see him offer Chad a rematch but at 175 and for those belts but the question is what would he do after that? Would he stay at 175 and fight Pascal, Cloud etc? Or would he go back down and call the Dawson thing a one-off? On the other hand, he could stay at 168 and in the next couple of years fight Bute and Golovkin and Chavez Jr (depending on if Chavez continues to improve of course) and maybe Martinez and a triumphant Froch bent on redemption? Think other than the possible 175-Dawson deal I like Ward's potential matchups at 168 better in the near term. If Dawson wins I'd like to see him offer Ward a rematch and then revenge himself upon Pascal. After that what? Froch? Sweet at either weight. Cloud? Chavez Jr? All possibles for him to shine. The way I see it, as long as tonight's fight is competitive, both guys have lots of nice options and the loser's career likely won't suffer too badly.
