I'd still like to see him fight Wladimir, myself.

A fight with Price or someone like Povetkin, or even Helinius II would be great to watch.

In no way do i think that Derek is "done", because someone like Haye is always going to end up beating Chisora pretty badly (as seen last night) due to styles.

Things could be a lot worse for Dereck.

I imagine, he's probably just pocketed a million or close too for the fight.

He gave a spirited showing, took the shots well, and made no excuses, so he leaves with a fat cheque and his credibility still very much intact.

A bit of holiday and a rematch with Fury if you ask me.

And if he comes in shape this time Vs Fury, for my money, he wins.

    :good

Let the poor ****er actually win a few fights now, he's had a tough run of opponents over the past 2 years from which he will have learnt a lot but he now needs to be building himself up by learning how to win fights again rather than just put in a game losing effort. Stick him in with Big John or someone of that calibre, someone with enough about them to hang in there and pose a few problems but not good enough to beat him.

Chisora has still got some decent options:

    FuryII

    HeleniusII

Price might go the Chisora route.

There is plenty left for Chisora becuase so many heavyweights are in the same boat. Thompson, Chambers, Kevin Johnson, etc are all looking for a way back. Personally I think Dereck needs to fight again quickly in a very easy fight then go for Rogan, Big John or perhaps Maddalone.

I think Kevin Johnson is a winnable fight.

    Audley Harrison or Mike Perez.

Helenius owes another shot, and I think Robert would be keen to settle the debate. It would be an easy fight to make.

If Chisora can knock up a few decent wins then a fight with Fury is a possibility. Dereck is a better choice than some of these jokers Mick is shipping over.

He's been in two back to back punishing fights. Take some time off, comeback against a journeyman later in the year. Maybe next year Frank should try and get him someone like Adamek - got a name but beatable. Maybe Golden Boy might reckon Derrick would be a good stepping stone for Seth Mitchell so that could be a possibility. On the European scene if Pulev takes part in this IBF tournament then Chisora/Dimitrenko for the EBU?

He's definitely got a lot of options but Frank should think about getting him a few easyish fights first to get some confidence back (does Del ever lack in confidence? :think)
