It seems he is hellbent on having an immediate 3rd match with Pac, but it is obvious there is a little chance for it to happen since Pac had already the Diaz fight on June.

For the meantime, what will he do now? Will he fight another fringe contender? Or face the likes of Soto, Guzman, Valero or move up and follow Pac at 135 and challenge for the belt versus Campbell or Casamayor?

He is getting old, and he should now look for meaningful fights for his career. Pac is one, but as it is, there are still good fights out there for him to make his case for the ATG ranking.

He shoulda thought about that when he hid from the first rematch for 4 years.

the fact that juan went all the way to phillipines to challenge him should put pressure on pacman and maybe we can see the third figth in december or early 09

i think he is waiting for pac for a 3rd fight and is resigned to the fact that pac will fight this june david diaz. he suggested the month of september or october (pac has another fight this year scheduled in nov. or dec.) in his meeting with pac.

now if he would not get the november-december fight, he could use the time to fight either valero or guzman for a 130 belt or casa or campbell for a 135 belt. imo, 135 fight with pac is a huge possiblity early next year.

It may and can happen, but JMM won't just sit for the rest of the year waiting for that fight.

He has to fight someone for the meantime. Or is his boxing world just revolving around Pac's?

Fight a decent and notable opponent at 135 . . . as a tune up fight which will put pressure on Pacquaio to agree to the third fight.

Go after Nate Campbell since Casamayor is fighting Juan Diaz. You beat him, someone notable HAS to fight you.
