This goes back to my point making excuses to give Golovkin a pass you know full well what I mean and exactly every fight is different but what that fight means is clear.

I'm not even a GGG hater I watch his fights endorses my friends who don't follow boxing regularly to check em out for entertainment I'm just a realist and a truth teller.
Saying GGG fights nobodies and never weres is a fact.
Saying that when put in position GGG has shown he'll rather side step his shot than take on a big name opponent is a fact.
Saying Lara is better than everyone on GGGs resume is a fact.

Hating is what most of you GGG fans do to other fighters to try and make Golovkin look good.

What I actually posted was " being the more popular fighter usually makes you the A-side"

Choose your words wisely my friend.:deal

In your sample case, Abraham vs Ramirez, the "A-fighter" is up for debate.

The implications are there though, and being popular is just part of the equation... Hopkins headlined many PPV's, Casamayor headlined a PPV, and in most cases they were not the a-sides... Just saying

I didn't imply anything, I posted exactly what I wanted to say, the misinterpretation was all yours.

Why even say it, if you didn't imply it? I Asked why GGG was the A-side? Because he's more popular? Then I said Lara had the better resume... And You responded with "When you're popular usually that makes you the A-side"

You Implied that sometimes being popular is all you need to be the A-side, resume in GGG's case has nothing to do with it(otherwise you wouldn't have used the word Usually....Is pretty much what I got from that post...

FOr the last time, what I said was, that the most popular fighter is USUALLY(meaning not always---if that helps you) the A-side.

In regards to GGG/Lara, YES GGG is the A-side mainly based on him being more popular than Lara(even though Lara may seem to have the better resume).

Stop being aeenal about this.

I'd like to see this fight made, purely cause Lara does have a name.
People thinking Lara's style is a bad matchup for GGG know absolutely **** all.
Canelo's a good counter puncher, ****ing terrible pressure fighter, and he landed a fair bit. GGG is an ELITE pressure fighter. Lara wouldn't be able to run for more than 3 rounds. Seriously he has no chance at all.

Being the A-side ain't based on resume you tool.

And for a start he doesn't have a better resume either.

GGG has a contract with HBO, he sells out arenas, he has a FANBASE

    3 things Lara does not.

If it's all about resumes then why was Martinez not A-side v Chavez Jr.

    :patsch:patsch:patsch

I just cannot believe how someone cannot understand that.:lol::lol:

Do you know what kind of numbers Abe does in Germany? Ramirez is also his madatory so has to accept a lower split and Abe is more know worldwide than Ramirez

It's part of it....You just can't go off popularity by itself especially when the guy (lara) across from you did 350k against Canelo..... People bought that fight because Lara was a styles nightmare plus the way he confronted canelo at the post fight,.. so i don't want to hear "Canelo sold those PPV's"****.. GGG will be the A-side, But Lara deserves some A- side money as well.

And you misunderstood me, I just said Lara had the better resume.. And brought up the point that Popularity only takes you so far....Look at Casamayor-Marquez....Was Casamayor more popular than Marquez? Think about you bumsniff, it's not hard to read what i'm trying to say here... You're just being stubborn.

    Don't be an idiot.

    Cotto didn't want it, Sturm didn't, Chavez didn't, Saunders doesn't, Canelo doesn't.

Only a fool would argue otherwise. Only a fool would take Lara's call outs seriously.

Only a fool would fight Ward for pennies before they had made their name at 160 or made enough money to retire safely. Sure as hell can't make any money fighting Ward. Considering the very real possibility of losing to Ward and ending your career there Golovkin would be left with nothing but the regret of making the worst career decision seen in boxing in a long time. Of course you'd be perfectly happy with it though.

Funny how Golovkin is the only fighter pushed to skip his division to fight a LHW to prove he deserves the credit he gets. The credit being that he's the number one man at 160. Why you would have to beat a LHW to prove that hell if I know.

A truth teller would be say, "Hey, Lara never called GGG out when he was a free agent, nor has he made any attempt to move to 160. Maybe he isn;t actually serious?" "Hey, Saundered back peddled on his offer when GGG matched it and decided he would only fight for a big purse AND The UK instead of either or now." "Hey Chavez would rather move up in weight and lose to a B level LHW in Fonfara than make a guaranteed 4m and a potential 10m more in a Golovkin fight. Must be because Golovkin doesn't want it"

What you will do it make threads about GGG every day rehashing the same arguments for god knows what reason just to be told the same thing up until the next moment when Canelo drops his WBC title to fight somebody at 154. But yeah, That will also be GGGs fault. After all if he wants it so bad its up to him to move down. Who cares if the rules meant to keep boxing corruption free say that GGG is in the right. The Mayweather way is to force people to bend to your will and if you aren't doing that then you're doing it wrong. After all Thats how you make money and we as fans are entertained by how big a fighters paychecks are more than wanting to see the best fight the best. Emoticon Emoticon.

Golovkin is the best, by far, middleweight in the world. Cotto refused to fight him, El Pollo Alvarez refuses to fight him although Golovkin is the mandatory.........................Oscar knows the truth..............Golovkin will knock Alvarez out if they every fight................don't think Oscar will allow that fight to happen even if HBO wants it.
