    it's gotta be cotto taking the knee for me. Really thought he'd outbox margs and come away with the decision. Good call on the ponce de leon knockout. Did not see that blowout coming.

    Yeah, but it was his chin that allowed him to stay in the fight long enough to put a beating on Cotto. 99% of WWs who took Cotto's shots would've been KOed before round 6. So his chin did save him.

    Yeah I agree with this one. I was shocked to see that happen. I thought Juan Diaz was going to be the next big thing at 135 and there was already a lot of hype and that he was going to school Pacman should they face.

    I don't know what was the hype with Lee. I saw the guy fight before the Vera fight and was not impressed. I just didn't get the hype. Nothing stood out. He didn't have hand speed, great reflexes, great technique, or anything else that jumped out. What was it about Lee that got some of you big on him? I never got it. I expected him to lose eventually. Not to Vera though.

    Vera over Lee: This was Steward's favorite son. A guy who was supposed to fight and beat Pavlik by the end of this year! I never thought he could beat Pavlik, but I sure as hell did not expect him to get his ass handed to him by Brian Vera!
