    Floyd Mayweather Sr, Randy Shields, Johnny Gant, Tony Chiaverini, Pete Ranzany and Andy Price were all rated at the time time Ray beat them on the come up to his shot at the Welterweight title.

    1. he really didn't win that fight with hagler. he got a gift decision.

    2. he needed a **** load of stipulations and had to con hagler to go easy so the fans would want the rematch.

    3. he knew he got a gift which is why he never gave marvin the rematch he promised him.

    4. he won the no mas fight because duran killed himself to make weight. he did nothing to make duran quit.
