    Personally i'd take 96 Tyson over Lyle with some confidence. Holyfield put on a strategic masterclass in that one to nullify Tyson's offense and his dirty fighting combined with that to wear him down mentally as well. Letting his hands go to catch him coming in then tying him up and getting rough isn't something Lyle's going to pull off and Holyfield was also adept at countering and did slip his share of punches. Despite all this Tyson tagged him plenty and sometimes in rapid succession.

    I don't think Ron would get thru the early rounds. He was tough and hit hard while being a big dude on top of it and i think he'd have his moments in a bit of a shootout before succumbing. He improved his game a lot under the brilliant Chickie Ferrara. Tyson's speed of hand would make a difference. Fun fight.

    The further you go post Holyfield the better it looks for Ron.
