Do you think it will have flopped?

When i watched the fight i noticed that the undercards (even first drop to the main event) had bugger all seats filled?

Will this reflect the PPV sales?

Of my 10 closest boxing mates, only 1 of them paid for the PPV, the rest of us went to the casino to watch it for free...

How do you think "The Moment 2" does?

#1 rumoured to sell under 900k with a stacked card and much more hype/build up.

Hopefully less than 600k imo. I don't ever wanna see another $80 ppv for a good long while.

during the fight week, there was not as much buzz compared to Mayweather's previous fights.

Yeah, i just cant see that happening.

    - The amount of last minute hype?
    - The massive $80 price tag.
    - The amount of empty seats prior to the main event.
    - The lack of blockbuster undercard fights.
    - The amount of genuine boxing fans who weren't interested in a rematch.

I can see what you mean about how the first fight could have generated hype for the 2nd fight, as expected, but i haven't seen anything in the last 2 months to prove that to be true?

The fact that Floyd said Maidana is a B-Class fighter spells it out really...

Less than the first fight. 1st fight had Broner and Khan on the undercard

It was the shittiest big card in a long time, I can't honestly think of a worse one, so I'm guessing the numbers will reflect that.

It will probably be FLoyd's lowest rated post-DLH PPV !

I think you are spot on. People can say what they want about this being a rematch & how rematches bring more attraction but the undercard will have a big effect.

I think if it was stacked like last time it would have semi-justified the price tag. Resulting in 1million + PPV. However, without the card, i just dont see high numbers happening.

I believe this will be the case.

The 1st one did less than a mil why would the 2nd do over ? People can't be that stupid ..I see between 700-800 but im sure those numbers will never get released and Ezpinoza will come and do damage control
