The most iron chinned fighters? Fighters that were rarely if ever knocked out.

How much of an impact does that have on your rating of fighters power wise?

For example, Hearns had more of an effect on Hagler than I think any other fighter ever did, and he was the sole man to ever spark Roberto Duran.

    Hmm?

Mike Tyson's KO over Larry Holmes. Holmes had a chin of iron as evidenced by his recovery during his battles against Ernie Shavers.

Yeah, but that was Larry's first fight in years, no warm ups or anything.

Great KO, but that all has to be factored in.

Rodrigo Valdez smashed Bennie Briscoe. And it wasn't like you could argue Briscoe was past his best like Dick Tiger was against Bob Foster, Briscoe was a healthy, mean fighter. Although to be fair he did get up after that right hand (don't think the left did too much damage, just tipped him) which I'm convinced was a nose-breaker.

Berbick is another Tyson victim worth mentioning. Wasn't stopped for a long time except for once early in his career.

Louis had a few of them, too. Godoy for one.

Fullmer had been knocked down by Eduardo Lausse, Gil Turner, and Bobby Boyd. I believe the Turner knockdown, at least, was a tough one, with Fullmer barely beating the count.
