what questions would you ask great fighters...

    his a promoter but id love to be left in a room with arum alone for 30 minutes....

    id make him admit to literally ****ing the world of boxing ever since he got a hold on it and then do the boxing world a favour and take him out of it

    i know you think "his old just wait a little longer and he will go", but this mother ****er is like castro...


    id love to be in the ring with a high ring IQ'd fighter and have them run through what goes on in there mind in the middle of a fight... what are they thinking when they are collecting data and how they come to make those adjustments they feel need to be made to turn the fight in their favour..

    Max's ('n Buddy's) shoulders were mind-boggling, SM...Both guys truly filled barn doors. Impossible ta be with them without thinking about that exclusively. Ya almost had ta swivel your head, from shoulder ta shoulder.

    Hear how livid you are, B. Aside from water-boarding Arum ta confess, what solid proof do ya have ta confront him with?

    I'd often wondered what went into great fighters' minds when they adapted during a bout;'n to my surprise,when I asked Archie Moore,Johnny Bratton, Pep 'n Toney, they had no idea...It was instinct, like great open-field runners.

    Mike's already answered this one. He said, "no".

    I've always wanted to ask Mike what medications he is currently on.

    I also wouldn't mind getting Mike, Kevin Rooney, Don King and Robin Givens in one room together for a roundtable discussion on Mike. Ideally I'd also have Bill Cayton and Jimmy Jacobs there, but it's too late for that of course.

    I don't think so, JG. Just their stories about those days.

    I've heard the story from Mike's perspective and from Rooney's. I believe I've also heard it from Robin's. They all came off as honest. But I think it's one hell of a story, and Cayton and Jacobs are the ones I'd really like to hear it from.

    Putting them all together is a little crazy, but it would be interesting to see how they each fill the story in.

    I forgot, I would also invite Teddy Atlas.
