Took AJ 11 rounds to stop Wlad the first time round, cudda had him outta there in the 5th round too.

What round will AJ stop Wlad again in the rematch and end his career once and for all?

Im going with round 4. assuming joshua does not let Wlad get into rythm as much next time.I really think Joshua could have ended it sooner if he threw out the jabbing long distance cautious approach. As i stated Joshuas inside blitz style when he gets an opening is a nightmare for any long range fighter.

And what happens if Wlad has a Fook it mentality going into the fight, and blasts AJ out, he has already proved he is more than capable, after rd6 he just didnt go for it enough, AJ might not be so fortunate next time, i see a rubber match.

I think it won't go 6 rounds this time. Joshua will only improve, while Wlad will only get older.

Joshua will learn from the mistakes he made in the first fight. He stayed back too much, was too content to catch and counter, he now knows he can KO him and has the strength to break the clinch, he'll be more aggressive this time as he'll be more confident and will once again get inside and overwhelm Wlad.

The way Joshua stormed out in the 5th leads me to believe he could have done that at anytime

However he appeared and was pointed out as appearing dry and not warmed up in the first round by the SHO crew. Maybe he was nervous early. I like Wlad but Joshua just stormed in without much resistance in round 5 and 11 making me think that if he just put his foot down and went in he could do that at any point.

When Joshua attacked it seemed Wlads only real strategy was to just use his feet to get away and I think Joshua realized he could rush in and land without too much consequence

Wlad still has a chance but I think he really missed his opportunity

That was due to AJ's inexperience, he was celebrating after the KD in the 5th, shudda stayed more composed. He'll only improve by the time of the rematch and Wlad will be aging towards 42 by then.

Rematch is pointless...a total farce.......WK is DONE beyond DONE............41 or 42 years old in boxing is nothing more than a novelty act, does not matter how clean you live or how hard you train plus his chin does not improve with age.

FFS they were both dry like a virgin on prom night.....It took 30 min to get walkouts and BS out the way

That was the best version of both guys and yet I think AJ will stop him around 6 or 7 next time. Props to both guys for such an amazing fight

This is how I see it too. Wlad has the punchers chance at catching him though. Hope Wlad retires instead.

Joshua, Fury. Other than those 2 i would have Wlad favourite against any other current heavyweight including Parker and Wilder.

LOL, for most of WK's signature wins he had a distinct size advantage and he still stunk the joint out with jab and grab.................Wilder is very raw but big and way to quick for WK at this point of his career and Wilder WIll land eventually and its lights out, Wk's timing is shot and has a hard time letting his hands go, his brain says yes but the body dont respond anymore...........aging 101.......Parker most likely outhustles him by UD, WK cannot fight a high pressure fight with out gassing any more.

Certain people on this forum are rejects aren't they? Like Joshua going life and death with Wladimir is any indication he'll get to choose what round he knocks him out in.

It's obvious Wlad is the smarter fighter and he'll make the better adjustments.

Well I had him down 96-93, it's not like it was just a knockdown....Wlad was in the fight and winning imo.

When wlad was down it was more flash and he was jumping up and fighting on. When Joshua went down he went down hard and looked finished and was a zombie for the next three rounds. When Joshua goes down next time he might not get up.
People don't realise he was on the brink of a ko defeat. He was out of it.
Idiots thinking he has a guarantee of winning the rematch don't know boxing. This rematch has turned into a 50/50 fight again.
