I know triangle theories shouldn’t be a thing, but chisora got stopped by whyte who got stopped by wait for it AJ. AJ stops him with th first full extension he gets
This is the very reason they shouldn't be a thing, relentless Chisora is a style aj isn't comfortable against and can take a shot. aj gets blown out of there in 6
Chisora may be relentless but he gasses easily and becomes so easy to box long - see fury and usyk fights. AJ knocks him out
Not nearly as bad as ajs in his prime, he had a decent gas tank. People forget Chisora actually had a prime because of how much success he's having as an old lethargic beanbag
I rate Chisora higher than the geriatric beater fraud, bodybuilder I think chisora could get him out of there within 6 rounds
AJ is a lot more proven than Chisora and I think he has enough to get the win here. AJ is so MUCH better than Wallin.
AJ can win on points, and clearly, but is more likely to stop Del within the first half dozen one sided rounds. Levels.
Aj would knock him out nowadays. I did fancy chisora to beat him at one point tho. About 5 or 6 years ago. Was a bad style for joshua and chisora became a handful when he imo went on the peds around the time haye started training him.
They ARE a thing. There are styles and levels. Because of styles, the triangle theory does not always hold, but because of levels, it is still a useful starting point of discussion.
With Joshua you just never really know. He might knock out his next opponent like he did Ngannou. And I don’t want that to happen to Chisora.
Chisora is actually ranked higher than Joshua now, or at least should be. I would put my money on Del Boy.
All jokes aside, given where they're both at with their careers right now, I can genuinely see Chisora outboxing AJ over 12 rounds (assuming fair judges)
Current Chisora can not box for twelve rounds; after a lively start he always defaults to languishing on the ropes throwing occasional hail marys. It is possible he could catch and stop Joshua early in the fight whilst he still has something in the tank, but there is no way he could outwork AJ over twelve.
