This is one aspect that makes you go 'wtf?' when you look at the +260 odds joshua is getting. That also could have been plaster gloves clotey was fighting against for 12 rounds. Just to put things in perspective as far as defense, chin, and survivability goes.

and lets not forget how ****ed up margo looked after the fight as well. I know some of you saw the fight live and remember that.

 

Intresting comments being thrown around here...it still shocks me when I hear posters sure cocked about who's getting ko'd. I know pimp c is reaching with this thread just to see a good ***** fight on the internet. In many ways he was successful, styles make fights and clotty's way to comfortable executing his fight either he's to stubborn to change or his team knows he's just ineffective attempting to impliment a bit of change in his style. I don't enjoy predictions but I'm going with a cotto ud unless cotto has lost all confidence in himself clotty for all his great attributes and glaring intangibles just does not possess the skill set cotto does and without constant pressure or a debilitating punch clotty loses this one in a fairly entertaining bout. I'm attemping to use a bit of rationale with this prediction so it might confuse some of the haters in deep denial as well as the dick riders jumpimg on board a train that's without much substance

My man not once did I say that Clottey fights like Margorito but you cant forget that some fighters look at film of their opponents weakness...Thats how fighters build their gameplan and I'm pretty sure Clottey is going to focus on Cotto's weaknesses...He will have a very good game plan....Clottey has shown to figure out his opponents before he goes all out.

I think you need to go back and watch the Corrales fight again...True enough he didnt get him out of there but credit Corrales for pulling a savy veteran move by spitting his mouth piece out to buy him some time...Most people say Clottey couldnt get "a blown up Chico" out of thier but always leave out whenever Clottey was getting the best of Chico...Chico would spit his mouth piece...I'm not trying to make Clottey out to be this sort of killer but it ****s with me how some Cotto fans are dismissing him like he is some scrub...We'll see come June 13!:yep

Cotto did show signs of fatigue in the later rounds of the Mosley fight....He also signs of fatigue in the Margorito fight from the 6th round on...If you're ( I'm not talking about you, just people in general) going to use that argument...you need to rethin that approach and look what Cotto has done also.

 

Its amazing how these people underrate him.
