Wouldn't be surprised it if went the distance to be fair. Good fight for price to take his time. He needs to unlock him and he will need more than his 1-2 for that to happen
I'm a fan of pricey but just because you punch hard doesn't mean you can win a fight by knockout it could go either way (points/ko), I just think it will go the distance
Can't see price lasting 10-12 rounds at any sort of pace but the punch power and size difference could be a huge factor, never know though with priceys chin. Real toss up for me
Funny...I like Price but if Dave fights the same fight he did against Whyte then he wins. Dave threw too few punches against Whyte but the couple of punches he landed would have had Price talking in a Newcastle accent after the oxygen. Price will gas and then need gas.
Intriguing fight because of Price's lack of stamina and Allen's decent chin. That said, I'd be shocked if Price doesn't end it in six.
Big priceys painful to watch nowadays. Hate to say it cause i like the big man. But doing everything wrong with him for me. You ve got a big guy that can punch who,s chinny lacks stamina. Lacks confidence and is too slow for world level. Trying to make a boxer out of him. Should be in there seeking and destroying people. Their keeping him in the ring longer than he needs to be. Hes an accident waiting to happen how they ve got him. Even looking back when everyone was raving about him as the next big thing if you go back and look at his fights...hes never really been good enough for world level. But can still make a good career out of him. I dont get why he cant throw a good jab. If i was his trainer would just be concentrating on his jab and straight right hand. Thats all he needs to beat a lot of guys out there atm. Putting two stone on hims mental. Get him fast and sharp. Get a great controlling jab on him and throw the straight big right hand down the middle. At 6 foot 6 you shouldnt even need to be throwing hooks uppercuts etc. Not until he can at least master the jab anyway. The problem with price is hes only really had power. Apart from his height theres not a lot else going for him. Jabs useless. Footworks not great. Chins no good. Hes slow. Lacks confidence. Reactions times not great. Looks a bit terrified of taking a shot a bit like audley. Not really athletic. Staminas not great. The heart just gave up against thompson. Coordinations not great. Thats in terms of world level anyway but even european level a lot of his attributes arent up to it. Get him in there trying to take people out asap. Get him commiting to the straight right down the middle. Even if hes just using the jab to set it up but at least do something with it. Would love to see pricey prove me wrong tho.
