Thompson was very much a cruiserweight when he fought Haye and had 25 KO's, he was certainly a level above Purrity who happend to stop Wlad on his feet

IF haye had balls he´d choose someone like Arreola or Povetkin, If he manages to beat one of those I´ll for sure give him credit. :)

    Arreola?

You're kidding right? the average punter in the UK hasn't even heard of him, if its a Rahman or Toney it'll sell better and how can it be Povetkin hes fighting Wlad :patsch

Don't hold your breath...I can't wait for him to name his "top ten opponent..."...we are all going to go, "who...???"

After 11 rounds of beating one of the best chins I have ever seen. Until Vlad was so exhausted that he could barely stand.

Purrity is a freak, he can absurb constant punishment like nothing and it don't even seem to bother him! I have never seen anything like Purrity, he really not even a good boxer, but he can take a punch like you have never seen before or beleive. That is long behind Vlad, and really a big fluke.

Haye claims it was exhaustion but he only fought like 4 rounds, and it seems he suddenly got tired immediately after he got hit on his china chin.

Rahman is as shot as can be and Toney surely is not that bad but far from his prime. Just two big names.

I know that Wlads fighting Powetkin, but he is the kind of boxer to really show if Haye has the skills to be a top heavy....

Better take someone like Thompson, Dimitrenko, Barret or Ibragimov, but not shot Rahman or fat ass roid Toney...

Haye at HW makes Wlad look like George Chuvalo. Haye would be starched - and I mean, OUT COLD - before the end the of the 2nd round. :yep

Did you see Rahman vs. Toney? That was next to nothing. Dimitrenko would be much more entertaining. :D

Toney was impressive in Rahman fight. Dimitrenko I have seen only one time and I wasnt too impressed, but Barret is no way better opponent than either of those.

Not really that impressive. Two old veterans exchanging punches...

Dimitrenko is at least a hungry prospect and Barret showed in his last fight that he has got someting left in his tank.

well I dont consider beating a Tye Fields to be more impressive, than making top-10 heavyweight quit. Also it is not so long ago when Barret lost to Rahman.
