They still never fought a guy with 0 notable wins coming off a loss and moving up in weight.

I'll take that over 2-3 years of meaningless fights. Next!

Why would anyone criticize Wlad's choice of opponents? He fought everybody available. Don't put him in the same sentence as those bum killers Wilder and Stevenson.

It's not Loma's fault the other champions won't fight him. You think Davis is ever gonna fight Loma because I sure as hell don't.

Loma is at the peak of his prime, Tank is 22. I HIGHLY doubt the same people would be demanding for Loma/Usyk/Kovalev/GGG at 22 to beat fighting a prime champion of the caliber of a Lomachenko at 22.

Are you dense? I just used that as an example of age. When you're clearly past your prime and old I'll give you a pass for fighting top 10 opposition like Stevenson is doing.

Let's be honest though Lomachenko hasn't been fighting THAT great opposition. Yes it's better than Wilder, but besides GRJ it's not that much better than Stevenson.
Martinez-LOL please, nothing better than top dog or Fonfara.
Sosa-better than Martinez maybe slightly better than top dog and fonfara 1? that's debatable
Walters-coming off 1 year of inactivity and clearly did not carry his power up. his career best wins were against career fly weights.
GRJ-Had never beaten anyone with a pulse. Has a win over an old Gonzalez. I still do rate this win though since he passes my eye test.

That being said. Sure you can criticize Stevenson/Wilder, but we all know why you're not peeping a word about him fighting Marriaga.

While holding a title hostage? Yeah no.... There's no excusing that, like the guy above me stated...Stevenson got old doing that. He completely squandered a 3-4 year window.

You are literally mentally challenged. I just used Wlad as an example. Stop spazzing out like a Wlad fanboy for a second and try to understand the context. Forget I said Wlad, if a 40+ year old champion fought top 10 opposition but not top 3 I wouldn't criticize them as much as I would with a prime champion. That was the point I was making. Jesus christ.

Who should he have fought? Kovalev or Ward? Fonfara was considered a top 5 LHW on boxrec after the Stevenson fight. Sure he could have fought Alvarez but really would you be giving him that much credit for the fight?

You can bash Stevenson for not fighting Kov. But we also have to keep in mind that he moved to showtime for a far better deal and got more money fighting worse opponents than he would have for fighting Kov.

Shut the **** up. I'm not even a Wlad fan. I don't like his style but he fought everybody. Wilder and Stevenson are ****ing bum killers. They are a disgrace. Stevenson was in his prime as an old man and is wasting it. Eventually he'll get older and become shot. No excuses. You are a fan of disgraceful duckers. Deal with that.

But he has a title none the less. Your goal as a champion should be to defend it against the best. His age is irrelevant as he has fought for and now won a title.

If you say he shouldn't fight Loma because of his age, then he is just holding the belt hostage denying the best fighter in the division a chance to unify.

The difference is Lomachenko wanted Davis, Salido and Rigondeaux, they all declined so Arum made a quick in-house fight for his ESPN date.

How are you even drawing these parallels?
