All fighters should be forced to take the Olympic style drug testing even when they aren't in competition. They should test for everything that gives you a advantage. If you fail a test once you should be banned for life and have Andre Golota punch you in the junk.

Points off for clinching and ten pound max rehydration clause would be fine.

Some more clear definitions of what qualifies a fair match between two boxers. Overall it works well, but there's definitely been some loopholes that's been exposed.

Clearly deliberate low blows should be a point off with no warnings. A punch to the gentleman's area can have a massive impact and are often used tactically when a boxer is struggling. They take their free shot and then immediately apologise and just get a warning but the other fighter has been weakened. There needs to be a harsher penalty for such fouls...

Joey Gamache would have being in a better place if 10lb rule being in place. HBO weighed JG before fight
he was 145lbs. Arturo Gatti was 160lbs. JG was left brain damaged by fight that nearly killed him and ended
his career. Went to court JG won.

That's exactly the reason the rule should be implemented, if fighters don't wanna lose then they shouldn't do it, hardline is the only way to deter it.

-Get rid of so many belts and titles to only one belt/champion per weight per sanctioning body.
-Unification takes precedence over all other defences.
-Quarterly Eye examines for all judges. Those with less than 20/20 vision (without aids) are out!
    -Eliminate shoe-in network shrill commentators

All of the above makes the boxing world a much better place.

Boxing just needs to fly under one banner. One belt for each division.

One belt for each division (never happen)
And stop this new doctor investigation inbetween rounds which I saw for the first time on the JD VS BJ card, all it does is give the other fighter (who may be buzzed) more rest.

All good points listed and like most of today's sports, the Referee need to inforce the rules.

My biggest issue is the poor judging decisions.

Make the judges show the score, round by round.

That way a boxer knows where he stands, and fans can become vocal before the bout ends.

Allow boxers and their promotors to reject judges within reason would stop some of the terrible decisions that happen.

Clinching should be penalised more harshly to get rid of spoiling tactics like ward used against kovalev. If you clinch more than 5 times in a round, you lose the round or something.
Also bring in a super heavy division above 225-30, so we can get more athletic Tyson, Holyfield, Ali, Frazier sized guys as heavyweight champ.
