All were KO artist who did it against soft opposition, all hyped by HBO and fans as the next great fighter. When Lacy/Berto stepped up they got beatdown

Who is to say the same wont happen to GGG? Similar paths IMO

GGG fought better foes this earlier in his career and is off to bigger and better things. already better than berto and lacy. His amateur and pro career speaks for himself. He really only jumped on the scene 2-3 years ago

I say he seems more disciplined Berto and Lacy were talented but wasn't as disciplined as GGG is showing

How about actually doing your research on their amateur backgrounds.
Gennadyi was a phenomenal amateur on the world stage, neither Berto or Lacy were even prominent on the world stage.

Golovkin had 350 amateur fights. He has much better skills and punches faster, harder, great distance, reflexes, defense, stamina, totally superior skills..........

Nothing seperates them except the eye test and GGGs stellar amateur career.

You may indeed be right....in any given fight GGG could suddenly turn out to be beatable, exposed, average etc. Do you think it's likely or do you just get annoyed with GGG fans and like winding them up with endless troll threads?

anything is possible Dr. Burrito, but from the looks of it GGG is the deal. Lacey was far better than Berto, he just got ruined by an ATG. Berto got ruined by Victor Ortiz....LMAO.

What separates them is GGG is FAR more skilled and more powerful and has a chin and isn't an over hyped black American fighter he's an avoided fighter

Hes already fought better fighters then Berto or Lacy had. took his time turning pro so even though he only been a pro boxer for like 4-5 years hes been boxing forever and whooping fool for ever.

    GGG is very different.

    Golovkin > Berto > Lacy.

More dimensions to his game. (as the limited Berto in turn had more than Lacy)
