Beterbiev actively sought out the IBF WBC WBO belts whilst Bivol has sat content with his WBA belt he has held for 6 years in November which shows not just a lack of ambition but which of the two fighters is actually looking to be Undisputed Light heavyweight champion and which one is not . Further to add that in this time Bivol has had 2 mandatory defences whilst Beterbiev has made 3 mandatory defences,1 of each belt and is also to fight WBC mandatory Callum Smith next which has been delayed due to Beterbiev needing surgery.If Beterbiev was promoted by Hearn he would have already had the Undisputed fight !
