He wouldn't. Don't forget he's part-time while Dunne put in a 12-week training camp for Cordoba. Munroe's good but I'd see workrate winning this, I just don't think the stamina levels would make it an even match.

Dunne would take him places he just wouldn't wanna go.

I saw Munroe in his last fight against Martinez and was fairly impressed.

Against Trotta he was poor I would agree, but raised his game for Martinez....... I would back him to do it against Dunne as well.

For me, Munroe, whilst not being especially powerful, has a decent defence and a very good chin and is huge at 122.

Why should Dunne give Munroe a shot when Munroe ducked both Dunne at European level and Cordoba at world level?
If Munroe is as **** hot as you say, why does he turn down every decent fight he is offered?
Also should Munroe have to fight John Simpson? After all Munroe lost to Andy Morris by a clear UD and Simpson beat Morris twice.
See how little sense your argument makes!

    Andy who?:deal

lets be honest here Munroe isint doing the ducking its maloney, maloney knows dunne would beat munroe easy. hense why they did not fight dunne and why they wont fight dunne in the future

maloney is happy to parade munroe out infront of leisure centres and thats the way its going to stay

Yeah I am probably being a little unfair to Munroe, I know Maloney calls the shots. Still though, this idea that Dunne somehow has to fight Munroe simply because Munroe beat Martinez makes no sense to me.

Dunne should target Marquez or Vasquez. Dunne should be a huge draw in Ireland, and as such, he brings more money to the table than the other guys at 122. He'd probably still lose to any of the top dogs at 122, so he might as well try to cash out with a high profile, big money fight.
