If he has genuinely been caught cheating twice then I'd consider a lifetime ban. A two year ban isn't enough. A lot of Name fighters fight twice a year so it's only 4 paydays he'd miss out on. Not enough of a deterrent. They should come down hard on repeat offenders. If I was a champ or promoter, I'd not touch the guy.
