    Work his way up to a rematch. I honestly think if he can get on the inside of Waldimir he will do some damage. So he should work on his inside game and do some body damage.

    BTo be honest with you, I want him to fight with Wlad again, BUT, before that he need to prove himself, Fighting ATLEAST top 10 heavyweight, Adamek, Povetkin, Chagaev, Areolla

    Vitaly and Wlad could switch for the Adamek fight, so Haye could fight Vitaly before his 31st birthday. (And yes, I would hope for a knock out by Vitaly)
    He also could try to prove that he is a legitimate HW contender and fight somebody like Arreola, Povetkin or Solis. But they are too dangerous for him, I guess.

    Since there is no bigger payday to be made, then the one he has had saturday, I belive he will retire. It would be just too hard and dangerous to fight up the rankings again, and make himself a name again. The only thing I see is a fight against Vitaly in London, this would make the most money for Haye, and Vitaly would be happy to try to teach him a lesson.

    Well yes as was mentioned a problem will be the purse for his next fight in case he keeps fighting. hes been beaten convincingly and he has no belt to boot and question remains if he were prepared to fight for morsels now hes accustomed to receiving 10 Million paycheques.
