But that was on regular HBO. The people who brought the last 2 PPV's involving SSM are a bit hesitant to buy another one with him in it b/c they fear of a poor performance from him. Can you blame them?

That's not what I was addressing. I was talking about how Shane was believed to have no shot in that fight as well.

Yeah but some people won't risk $50 to find out that answer this time around.

To be honest, I am on the fence. I'll try to find a way for free, but if not, I'll just have a bunch over. to chip in.

I would be surprised if it did less then a mill buys.

Me too. A guy I hang out with orders all the fights, even the shitty GBP and TR cards. But that is his Birthday and he already told me he won't be ordering the fight. He ordered the Mosley - Mora and is still salty about it. Plus he is going clubbing on his b-day so I don't know. But there is no way in the world I won't see that fight somehow.

Oh and with CBS advertising it should do a Mil at least. I just wonder if HBO not being involved will it have any affect?

HBO not advertising it shouldn't matter with a basic channel like CBS throwing it in your face and hyping it.

I agree, Marquez-Morales is an awful fight. I won't watch it if that happens.

I would watch Marquez vs. Khan or against anyone else though.

lol for the people who actually thought margarito was good lol

your claim to fame is calling out a legendary fighter and has done nothing to earn your fame but beat somebody that is on the same level as you that simply recieve as much hype as you.

Pac is different from margarito, oh we know that dont we

Yeah but HBO has an audience that likes Boxing and buys PPV's. CBS does not. I'm not an expert, I just wonder.

At this point HBO wouldn't want to spend money on a fight that would generate zero publicity.
