He should hit the gym everyday and run every night

He shouldn't let his fame and this time away from the fight game make him lazy and comfortable at the top he has to remember why he's the man in the first place.

He should spar like crazy even without head gear so he can keep himself fresh and tested while not being under the lights

If he does most of these things he shouldn't lose a step and comeback just as good or if not better before he left the advantage he has is he gets to see how things play out and work on new things because he's becoming predictable
